Prof. (Dr.) T.Duhan

Dr. Duhan, a finance expert of repute, has been in the field of Management, training and hihger education for last 32 years He is a gold medalist in Marketing Management from Punjab University Chandigarh, coupled with other professional qualifications like PG in Economics, CAIIB, PGDQM, LLB and Ph.D in Banking Finance. Prior to this, he served as Director of few leading Business Schools/ Institutes including JK Business School,Best MBA Placement Institute in Greater Noida, Gurgaon, and GSIMR, Indore in yester years. He has been associated with several professional bodies and bestowed with numerous Recognitions and Awards like Best Citizen Award, Rashtriya Vidhya Saraswati Puraskar, Rashtriya Gaurav Award, Shiksha Bharti Puraskar and Gem of India Award for outstanding , meritorious and remarkable achievements.

Mukesh Sehrawat

Mukesh Sehrawat is a faculty of Marketing with 17 years of experience in industry and academia. He worked with various corporate including ICICI and Kotak Mahindra. He is NET qualified. He has also delivered various lectures and training programs in corporate. His area of interest is green marketing and digital marketing.    .

Dr. Shishma Kushwaha

Dr. Shishma Kushwaha is one of the dynamic faculties of accounting and marketing with an experience of more than 9 years.  She has completed her master’s degree i.e. M. Com from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak followed by her doctorate in retail marketing from the same university.  She has participated in number of national &international conferences and seminars.  She has also authored various research papers which are published in national and international indexed journals.  She has attended various workshops and FDPs for her continuous development.  She is been inclined towards research and continuously making efforts for the same.  Due to her efforts she has also been nominated for BBAY Award twice.  She is also a life member of Indian Commerce Association (ICA) from last 10 years.

Dr. Neeru Singh

Dr. Neeru Singh is Accounting and Finance faculty with about 10years of experience in industry, research and academia. She is NET/JRF Qualified with Ph.D (D.S.B. Campus Kumaun University, a state university), M.Phil and M.Com (Kurukshetra University, State University). She is a life member of Indian Commerce Association (ICA). She has Strong Orientation towards Research. She has number of research papers published in the national and international journals. She has also presented research papers in various national and international seminars and conferences. She has also attended many FDPs and workshops. She is having strong hands on SPSS and Telly    ERP 9.

Ashok Kumar

He is Assistant Professor in the Area of Finance and Economics. He has done Post Graduate Programme in Public Management and Policy (PGP-PMP) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He also has Post Graduate Degree in Economics. He has also qualified UGC-NET in both Management and Economics. He has about 10 years of Industrial Experience and 4 years of Academic Experience. He has 3 publications in National Journals. His areas of interest are Financial Derivatives, Financial Inclusion and Infrastructure Development in India.

Akhilesh Tripathi

He is graduated from DDU University, Gorakhpur and did his M.Sc.(Math) from Gorakhpur University. He has done MCA from UPTU, Lucknow. He has over 8 years of experience of teaching. He has published one book under his name. His area of specialization is Computer Science and Mathematics (Operation Research and Statistics).He is presently teaching mathematics related paper in various deptt.of HIMT, GROUP OF INSTITUTION. He got ‘’BEST TEACHER AWARD’’ by HIMT, GROUP OF INSTITUTION in 2014-2015.He has attended various national and international seminars.

Ajay Pandey

Ajay Pandey is Assistant Professor in HIMT and has the proficiency of teaching subject of finance, entrepreneurship development and rural development, etc. and  has total experience of 20 years of teaching and non-teaching, comprising 13 years of corporate in the field of core finance and marketing and 7 years of teaching, viz. CORE healthcare limited, APTECH ,etc. and GNIT,ABES IT, etc. He has also guided maximum students of MBA and PGDM in the field of research; he has also published books on “Working Capital Management”, “Engineering and      Industrial Economics” and “Industrial Management”.

Shalini Sharma

Shalini Sharma is a faculty of HR and Strategic Management with about 5 years of corporate experience and 5 years of academic experience.  She is NET Qualified in Labour relations and HR and has done M.B.A. in HR. She has also completed M.A. Economics from Kanpur University. She has organised National and International Conferences and Seminars such as Indian Science Congress, and Petrotech and VLSI-2002. She has also attended FDPs and workshop like Workshop on Human values.

Dr. Mahmood Ul Farid

Dr. M. Farid is a dedicated academician and researcher with over 9 years of experience in Corporate (hard-core sales), Research and Teaching in PGDM, MBA courses, and other relevant management programmes. He has done his Master of Business Administration from Jamai Millia Islamia, and Ph.D. in Management. Before joining HIMT as Assistant Professor in Marketing department, he was worked with Coca-Cola India Pvt. Ltd. and Idea Cellular. He has several national publications to his credit. He is presently teaching Marketing related subjects at various departments. His areas of interest are Marketing management, Sales Management, International Management etc.

Pankaj Kumar

He is Assistant Professor in the Area of Human Resource Management. He has submitted his PhD thesis in Human Resource Management at Goa University, Goa (India). He has done his MBA (HR) from UPTU, Lucknow (UP) and B.Sc (Maths) from Agra University Agra (UP). He has also qualified UGC-NET (2009) and UGC-JRF (2011) in Management. He has about three years of Academic Experience. He has three publications in International Journals. He has presented research paper in various national and international conferences like IIM Calcutta, IIM Raipur and BHU etc. His areas of interest are Performance Management, Organization Behavior and Organization Development                

Reema Sharma

Reema Sharma, working as assistant professor in management department. She has done her MBA from UPTU in finance & H.R. She is UGC- NET qualified and persuing Ph.D. She has published various paper in national & international journals. She also have attended various workshops and seminars related to research and management. She is having experience in corporate as well as inacademics also. Her total experience is more then 6 years.

Deepshikha Pal

Deepshikha Pal is a faculty in HR and Marketing area. She has done her graduation (B.Sc Biotech) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and Post graduation (M.B.A.) with distinction from Maha Maya Technical University, Noida, India.  She is having more than 4 years of academic experience. Her area of interest is Human Resource, Marketing & General Management.  She has also attended number of FDPs, workshops and seminars/conferences.  .

Divya Sharma

She is a Science graduate and MBA with Marketing and Finance Specialization. She has qualified UGC NET in Management in 2012.She is currently pursuing her PhD. She has a teaching experience of 7 years. Her expertise includes teaching various Marketing subjects viz, Basics of Marketing, Marketing Management, Relationship Marketing, Product and Brand Management etc.

Seema Verma

Seema Verma is a faculty of Finance with 5 years of academic experience. She is NET qualified in Management and did her MBA for SRM University Chennai. She has published two international research papers and two national research papers.   Her area of interest is Portfolio Management and Derivatives.

Deepa Nagar

She is Assistant professor in the Area of Finance and Marketing. She has done Post Graduate programme in Marketing and Finance from the accurate institute of management, Greater Noida. She has abot one year experience in academics. Her area of interest are Brand management, Customer relationship management, global marketing .
