Powered by Sunstone Eduversity, the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two year, full-time management program delivered at Harlal Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida. The program is duly approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, and the Government of India.

This PGDM program is aimed at developing industry-ready business executives to meet the ever-changing expectations of the corporate world. The students are equipped with an understanding of management concepts, as well as familiarized with the competitive business environment. To accomplish this, our experienced teachers work hard on relating management concepts to real life situations, in order to enhance the analytical and decision-making skills of the management students.

Fee Structure - Pay after Placement Model

The Industry Integrated PGDM Program presented by Sunstone Eduversity, in association with Harlal Institute of Management & Technology is India's first management program that works on the 'Pay After Placement' model where the students will be required to pay the course fee only after he/she gets placed in the corporate sector. In fact, HIMT and Sunstone work together to ensure that the student actually does get a job, thus taking complete responsibility for student's career.

What does Pay after Placement mean?

  • Enrol for 2-year full-time AICTE approved program.

  • Pay a one-time registration fee of INR 65000/- at the time of admission.

  • Complete the course and get a job placement.

  • Pay the course fee equal to 10 times of your monthly salary, only after getting a job.

Course Structure

The PGDM program comprises of 30 compulsory papers and 12 specialization papers in areas such as:

  • Marketing

  • Human Resource Management (HR)

  • Operations

  • Insurance Management - Applied specialization

  • Business Analytics - Applied specialization

  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management - Applied specialization

  • Banking Operations - Applied specialization

  • Digital Marketing - Applied specialization

These subjects and their papers are divided into six trimesters. The first three trimesters are aimed at providing a strong foundation in basic management subjects, while the remaining three trimesters focus on the student's chosen specialization. Through this structure, the program equips each participant with the skills and competence needed to handle different types of corporate responsibilities.

Admissions

Eligibility

  • The candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university

  • The candidate must have a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in graduation

  • If the candidate is appearing in the final year of graduation, the admission is granted on a provisional basis

  • Candidates must have passed at least one of the management entrance exams such as CAT/MAT/ XAT/CMAT/ATMA etc.

Selection Procedure

  • Based on the academic record and score of entrance test, candidates will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview

  • Final admission will be offered on the basis of candidate's performance in the Personal Interview
